Seed Packing

It’s time to get those native plant seeds ready to go to work! Join the party in the library’s Jefferson Room to prep and pack seeds; experts will be on hand to provide all the whys and hows. If you’ve been collecting seeds, bring them along to share (check out the Learn & Share section below for seed collecting info). If you haven’t been collecting, there’ll be plenty of seeds from local gardens for you to work on. NPI will provide envelopes and some tools, but if you can bring sieves, colanders, or measuring spoons, they’ll be most useful. As always, everyone is welcome, NPI member or not (to join NPI, follow this link to joinit.com). No sign-up, just show up.
