Cook-Off For The Coast

NPI joins the coastal restoration party with a booth to give away plants and share native plant information. This free event features live music, local artists, kids’ activities, organizations dedicated to saving Louisiana’s coast, and a fish and game cooking competition between local chefs. Volunteers are needed to set up, staff, and take down the NPI table. Shift times are 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 1:00-4:00 p.m.; sign up to volunteer here. Even if you can’t volunteer, stop by the cook-off and help save our coast!
