Prune and Pull Lafitte Greenway

Help maintain NPI’s community native gardens: pull weeds, prune overgrown plants, and sometimes collect seeds or plant new species. Whether you’re brand new to native gardening or a master gardener, you’re welcome to join the Pull & Prune party! Local garden consultants and native plants maintenance team leaders Whimscapes are on hand to direct the work. No sign up, just show up, and remember that even if you can’t stay the full two hours, you’re welcome at the worksite. Bring your own water, gloves, sun protection, and bug spray.
