Planting at Lafitte Greenway Roundabout

- Thursday, October 16, Plant 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Lafitte Greenway Roundabout (Lafitte Greenway at Norman C. Francis Parkway in New Orleans). The greenway is a 2.6-mile bike and pedestrian path that connects neighborhoods, serves as a transportation corridor, and features stormwater management practices. At the planting party NPI will help add 20 native species to the roundabout garden: the Greenway is about to get a whole lot greener! BONUS: The Crescent City Farmers Market happens on the Greenway at Lafitte Avenue and Norman C. Francis Parkway 3:00-7:00 p.m. on October 16 too!
